Well... Hello World!

Thirty plus years (var += 30) has taught me how to say Hello, in at least ten different languages. It's funny to use a simple "Hello World" program "chatter" image in my first blog entry.

Programming has been the biggest and brightest part of my life, besides my wife, of course! My latest estimate is that I have created a minimum of 500,000 lines of code in my life (maybe a million). That is using 150,000 lines of code that were active when I sold the business. It has been a long, frustratingly, fun, worrisome time. I still continue to do some coding today after retiring from work on January 1st, 2020. I am so glad to be done with the rat-race. I really am happy to be away from it all.
