Finally! My First "Excellent" Sleep Score in four Years!

Last night, something incredible happened: My Garmin watch officially rated my sleep as "EXCELLENT"!
Since I started logging my sleep journal in January 2022, this is the first time I've ever hit that category. If you haven't dealt with chronic sleep issues, it's hard to understand what this represents. For my entire life, it's been a relentless string of "poor" to "fair" nights, which has had a constant impact on my overall health and well-being.
So, how did I finally do it? I took a page from a surprisingly successful week I had a while back - a five-day streak of "good" sleep that I thought was linked to eating almonds before bed.
This time, I decided to get serious. I asked an AI to recommend the best pre-bedtime snack foods. The top suggestions were Almonds, Walnuts, Pistachios, Turkey, and Yogurt.
I then continued to fine-tune the plan, asking questions about specific serving sizes and the ideal timing before bed. Since I can't have dairy products containing casein (a high-sensitivity food for me), I swapped the yogurt for Tofu, which is an excellent, easily digestible replacement for eggs (another high-sensitivity food I avoid).
I’m sharing my full sleep success plan with you, in hopes that it helps you finally achieve better rest!
Gold stars all the way around!
