Bruce Dickinson, i.e.: Christopher Walken are the men! If you have no idea what I'm talking about, then... Go to YouTube and search for this: I need more cowbell. If you don't laugh after watching the video then there is something wrong with you. Seriously. 😎
I started working on the music studio layout today, and I have a long way to go. Here is what I accomplished today:

This is just everything I have right now. Next will be laying out audio interfaces, getting the main monitors at the proper height and direction, Get a cabinet that will be between the desk and drums, etc., etc., etc. Eventually I want to rip out the carpet and put in hard-wood floors with accent rugs. That's a big project and if/when I do that it will be during the winter. This is all in preparation for recording backing-tracks that myself and the band can play along with. Alter Ego is starting to come alive! It's time. It's finally time! Nigel Tufnel said it perfectly and I can't say it any better:
Quotes from the movie Spinal Tap: Nigel proudly shows Marty his amplifiers:
Nigel: The numbers all go to eleven. Look, right across the board, eleven, eleven, eleven…
Marty: Oh, I see. And most amps go up to ten?
Nigel: Exactly.
Marty: Does that mean it’s louder? Is it any louder?
Nigel: Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten. You see, most blokes, you know, will be playing at ten, you’re on ten here, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, you’re on ten on your guitar. Where can you go from there? Where?
Marty: I don’t know.
Nigel: Nowhere. Exactly. What we do is, if we need that extra push over the cliff, you know what we do?
Marty: Put it up to eleven.
Nigel: Eleven. Exactly. One louder.
Marty: Why don’t you just make ten louder and make ten be the top number and make that a little louder?
[Pause as Nigel tries to process this.]
Nigel: …These go to eleven. 🤓😎🤓
