Count me in as one of the 36.2 million individuals in the United States who finds immense enjoyment in the game of PB! It truly is a delightful sport, and the best part is that it's contributing to my physical preparedness for my upcoming backpacking escapades.
Around four years ago, I sustained a foot injury after just a single game. However, this past April marked my triumphant return to playing, and I must say, I've fallen head over heels for it! The experience is not only incredibly enjoyable but also serves as an excellent workout regimen. The gameplay involves quick bursts of running, controlled maneuvers, and a dose of aerobic activity all rolled into one dynamic package. Beyond the fitness aspect, the camaraderie among players is remarkable, affording me the opportunity to forge connections with new acquaintances and cultivate a circle of friends for various social endeavors—be it movie nights, dinners, or parties. The whole experience brings me immense pleasure, and I eagerly anticipate each play session. Currently, I engage in the sport four to five times weekly, in addition to walking a minimum of 3 to 6 miles per day. My ultimate aim? To achieve a state of fitness and trimness that aligns with my aspirations!
